“Finding Our Mission and Fulfilling It”: Honoring the Centenary of Frantz Fanon
Sunday, July 20, 2025 marks the 100 year anniversary of the birth of Martiniquian revolutionary, physician, psychiatrist, and emissary, Frantz Fanon. Fanon is one of the most influential revolutionary thinkers and organizers of the 20th century. His analysis and insights into the horrors and psychosis of European colonialism, imperialism, white domination, and capitalism are as relevant now as they were when he wrote them in the 1950’s and 60’s, in the service of the Algerian and Pan-African revolution.
