Leo is engaged in an exchange with Cooperation Jackson for three months, lending his expertise and skills to our Freedom Farms and learning about the struggles of African people in Jackson, MS and the US more broadly.
Leo is an agronomist from Southern Brazil, and lives in the state of Parana. He is an a member of the Production sector of MST and works at the Center for Sustainable Development and Agroecology supporting farmers and helping to organize agricultural cooperatives.
