City Council Special Meeting: Renaming Battlefield Park After the Late Mayor Chokwe Lumumba

Support this initiative being led by Councilwoman LaRita Cooper-Stokes. 

Ward 3 City Councilwoman Larita Cooper-Stokes introduced the ordinance in March of this year to change the name of Battlefield Park on Highway 80 to honor Lumumba.

We need the community to show up to this Special City Council meeting to show your support.
